By purchasing my services online or contacting me by email, you understand that your personal information therein will be held by River Healer and that this information will be solely for the purpose of communication and where applicable, recording of any service delivery such as email tarot readings and advisory content. By purchasing services online you consent to receiving emails from River Healer by way of communication.

Cancellation of appointments
When booking an appointment for any of my services, you are booking that time slot. If you arrive late for your appointment then the appointment will still finish at the scheduled time so will be of shorter duration.
Cancellation of appointments requires a minimum notice of 24 hours. Failure to give adequate notice may result in charge being made for the time booked.
Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice will result in the full charge being due and payable. If you fail to attend a booking without notice and do not pay the cost of the time booked then no further appointments can be offered.
When booking Reiki Teaching and attunement a deposit will be required to secure you have a place in the class as places are limited. For one to one teaching you are paying a deposit to secure the day as it renders me unavailable to take any bookings on that day. I am a small independent business endeavouring to make a living so please understand that it is necessary for me to operate in this way. This deposit is non refundable.
