Reiki Teaching and Attunement

I am fully qualified and certified Reiki Master Teacher, and have been teaching Reiki at all levels for nine years. My lineage is very strong only five away from the creator of Reiki himself Dr Mikao Usui himself. My lineage is available on request and is displayed on my wall. I am a registered Master Teacher with the Reiki Federation. I facilitate classes and also offer teaching on a one to one basis if preferred.

Because I require to book out a full day for teaching a deposit is required for all levels in order to secure the day. The remaining balance will be due and payable on the day. There are 4 levels of Reiki. Level 1 is the beginner level, level 2 offers advanced learning including distant healing and enables you to practice professionally, level 3 is the Master Practitioner offering further tools and knowledge and Level 4 Master teacher. Full information on each level is detailed below.

Reiki Level 1 - Beginner

To be scheduled October 2025

Reiki level 1 is for beginners. You will learn all about Reiki energy and how it works as well as being attuned to level 1. This teaching and attunement will enable you to use this wonderful healing energy to promote healing for yourself, your family, friends, and pets too!

Reiki Level 1 incorporates one full day of training and attunement, and also includes a course manual and ongoing support.

You will learn:

* How to calm your mind and tune into your heart centre.

* How we are all energy, and all connected.

* How we have intuitive awareness of the energies around us including that of other people.

* How to connect with and utilise the life force energy that is all around us.

* About the chakra system, the seven main chakras and their role in healing and dis-ease.

* The background to Reiki healing and how it works.

* How to use Reiki to heal yourself.

* How to use Reiki to heal family and friends.

* How to use Reiki to cleanse a space and for protection.

You will be attuned to the Reiki power symbol. Attunement is the process whereby you are attuned you to the frequency of Reiki energy, enabling you to channel that energy to yourself and to others to promote healing on all levels.

The exchange for Level 1 is £150. A deposit of £70 is required in order to reserve your place as this is a small teaching with a maximum of six places. Deposit can be paid via the link below which will give you the option to pay by either debit or credit card or by PayPal. Reiki level 2 - Practitioner

Sunday April 13th 2025

Reiki Level 2 is for those who have completed Level 1 and wish to progress. With level 2 you can progress to practise professionally or you can simply use the additional skills and attunement to enhance your current practise healing yourself, family and friends. This will be a small group with maximum attendance of six people.

Level 2 incorporates one full day of training, case studies to consolidate your learning, a follow up discussion if required and a course manual. This also includes ongoing support.

* Learn to facilitate mental and emotional healing

* Learn how to use Reiki to help with phobias, control issues and addictions, and to release negative habits.

* Distant healing - how to send healing to anyone, anywhere in the world, or to any situation.

* Connect with your spirit guides.

* Learn about the Auric field and how it connects with the seven main chakras

* Learn how to use Reiki distant healing to heal and release past traumas

* Understand how to use Reiki to help manifest future goals

* Learn about how the energies of the planets connect to the chakras

* Receive practical advice for working as a professional healer.

Receive attunement to two further Reiki symbols, the distant healing symbol and the symbol for mental and emotional healing. In addition to attunement this is also a powerful healing experience.

Consolidate your learning with real life case studies.

Manual and ongoing support provided.

This teaching will also include a short Cacao communion prior to attunement. Partaking of cacao is optional.

The exchange for Level 2 is £200. This includes assessment of written work, follow up discussion, and ongoing support. A minimum deposit of £100 is required in order to reserve your place as places are limited to a maximum of six people. You can choose to pay either the deposit or the full amount via the drop down menu on the link below. You will also have the option to pay in three installments. Reiki Level 3 Master Practitioner

Reiki Level 3 Master Practitioner is for those who have been practising at Level 2 for at least one year and are feeling ready to progress to Master Practitioner Level. This advanced level training will teach you 3 new Master symbols for use with clients, self healing and meditation.

Level 3 incorporates one full day of teaching, case studies to consolidate learning, follow up discussion, a course manual and ongoing support.

You will:

* Review and enhance your current practice.

* Deepen your connection to your guides

* Learn and be attuned to the three advanced Reiki Master symbols.

* Learn about negative attachments and how they attach to the energy field

* Discover how to clear negative attachments and blockages aka psychic surgery or energy surgery

* Learn how to access a virtual tool kit to use for energy surgery

* Learn abut energy pulling, a method used to extract negative energies from the aura

* Learn about Etheric Cord cutting and how to undertake this

* Receive a sacred healing symbol to work with that will enhance your intuition and practice

* Balance your energies with the Master practitioner attunement.

* Practice healing with the advanced Reiki Master symbols.

* Learn how to use crystals and create a crystal grid to compliment and accentuate the healing energies.

The exchange for Level 3 is £290 and can be paid in installments. This includes assessment of written work, follow up discussion, and ongoing support. A minimum deposit of £100 is required in order to reserve your place as this is a small teaching with maximum of four people. Cacao Communion - Half Day Healing Retreat - heal your heart and feed your soul

Join me in the beautiful Willow room overlooking the gardens at Cockenzie house, for a powerful healing experience that will aid to you to release what no longer serves your wellbeing and find your true purpose.

Cacao Communion: You will connect with the sacred Cacao plant to open your heart chakra as Cacao increases the flow of blood to the heart. Mama cacao spiritually connects to mother earth affectionally known as pacha mama and the spirit of the west. This is the spirit of the mother, water, flow, emotion and the divine feminine. Pacha mama and the spirit of water connects to swadhistana (sacral chakra) aiding the release and flow of pent-up emotions. This also aids the flow of creativity and inspiration. This sacred plant medicine is a powerful tool for the clearing away of emotional blockages held in the heart centre.

Ceremonial cacao is a true supernatural food; rich in magnesium, chromium, copper, calcium, manganese, zinc, sulfur, iron, and phosphorous, abundant in antioxidants. It boosts the immune system and lowers cholesterol and blood pressure. It increases blood flow to the brain and encourages the release of endorphins like Dopamine, and two neurotransmitters PEA (phenylethylamine) nicknamed the love molecule and Anandamide, the bliss chemical named after the Sanskrit word Ananda which means bliss and joy. All this leads to euphoria and a deeper spiritual connection. As a result, we feel happier, and our creativity is boosted.

We will combine this sacred heart medicine with journaling and powerful guided meditations designed to heal, hear what is in your heart and find your true path.

The afternoon will conclude with a one-hour immersion in the sacred healing sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls, Wind Gong, Ocean drum, Shamanic drum, Rain stick, Koshi chimes and tingsha bells. Simply lie down, close your eyes, relax and allow the sounds to gently lull you in their embrace as the blissful vibrations penetrate and heal your body at a cellular level. Wrap yourself in beautiful sound that brings healing, balance and restoration for mind, body and spirit.

Important Cacao contra indications:

You should not consume cacao if you are taking any MAOI based anti-depressants as cacao naturally contains tyramine which is contraindicative.

Cacao is a vasodilator and is therefore not suitable for anyone with a serious heart condition, low blood pressure or if you are taking any medication to thin blood or lower blood pressure.

If any of the above apply to you, you can still participate and consume a rose tea or other alternative instead. Please advise when booking.

It is not advisable to consume a full dose of Cacao if you may be pregnant or if you are breast feeding. You may however have a much smaller dose, so please advise when booking.

Sound Immersion contra indications: You should not participate in sound immersion if you are in the first semester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker or suffer with seizures.

My credentials:

I am a Reiki Master Healer and Teacher and have been in practice for 16 years. I am fully trained and certified to facilitate the preparation and consumption of Cacao, including the required Food Safety certification. I am also trained and certified in Sound Healing, Relaxation Therapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling and Life Coaching. As a Reiki Master I have 15 years’ experience in energetic cord cutting and safe removal of negative energies. I also have over 30 years’ experience in facilitating group work. I am currently studying Shamanism.
