Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a therapeutic practice that has been used for centuries in many indigenous cultures around the world. This ancient practice harnesses the powerful frequencies of sounds to promote healing and balance within the body, mind and spirit.
All living beings have their own unique vibrational frequency. When this frequency is disrupted or out of balance it can result in disharmony on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Sound Healing helps to restore harmony by utilising he powerful frequencies of various instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs and drums. Each instrument produces a unique sound frequency that has a distinct effect on the body and the mind.
Sound healing works by promoting resonance, the process in which two objects with similar vibrational frequencies synchronise with each other. The body will naturally begin to match the frequency of the healing sound, bringing a state of balance and promoting healing.
This process has been shown to reduce stress, alleviate pain, improve sleep, boost immune function, reduce anxiety and enhance overall well being.

Immersive Sound Healing session of 60 minutes (including 10 -15 minutes consultation and aftertime) £40 until 8th February. £50 thereafter.
Immersive Sound Healing session plus Reiki Healing 60 minutes (includes 10 – 15 mins consultation and aftertime). This will be 20 – 25 minutes of Sound healing followed by 20 – 25 minutes of reiki healing. £40 until 8th February. £50 thereafter.
Immersive Sound Healing session plus Reiki Healing, 90 minutes (including 10 - 15 minutes consultation and aftertime). This will be 45 minutes of Sound healing followed by 30 minutes of Reiki healing. £60 until 8th February. £70 thereafter.
