If you are finding life stressful and feel unfulfilled and stuck I can help you to find your way out. Often people live their lives to the opinions of others and so are unhappy and unfulfilled. When you find your own truth and live your own life everything changes and ultimately you free yourself from the invisible cage that binds you. I will help you get to the root of your unhappiness, quickly and painlessly - without talking over and over about what happened and the whys and wherefores. Talking over and over about a negative situation only serves to reinforce it. I combine my knowledge and experience with my intuitive awareness and inner knowing as to what you need at any given time in order to heal.

My Intuitive Guidance sessions aka Spiritual Psychotherapy incorporate the following:

Knowing yourself, find your truth
Overcoming your fears
Finding acceptance – of yourself and others. Acceptance brings peace.
Finding forgiveness – for yourself and others.
Letting go – of all past hurts and troubles.
Trusting – yourself and others.
Mindfulness – practicing mindfulness will further enable you to harness your true inner power.
Love – yourself and others. Once you have achieved all of the above then you are ready to begin to love yourself – love yourself first then others will follow. Love is the most powerful entity in the entire Universe. Love heals – everything.

These will usually incorporate a minimum of six sessions and a maximum of twelve sessions. This is of course flexible and can be fewer or more.

Each session is of one hour in duration and exchange is £45.

I am certified in Life Coaching, Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am also a Reiki Master healer, teacher and professional psychic. I have been in business for over 16 years, helping others to heal and guiding them to their true path in life. I have always offered some intuitive guidance to my clients and began offering this as a separate service three years ago. Thus far outcomes have exceeded my expectations. For this reason and also due to demand I am now offering these sessions via video to people further afield who are unable to come and see me in person.

Cacao Communion - Half Day Healing Retreat - heal your heart and feed your soul

Saturday 22nd February 2025 12.45pm - 5.30pm

Join me in the beautiful Willow room overlooking the gardens at Cockenzie house, for a powerful healing experience that will aid to you to release what no longer serves your wellbeing and find your true purpose.

Cacao Communion: You will connect with the sacred Cacao plant to open your heart chakra as Cacao increases the flow of blood to the heart. Mama cacao spiritually connects to mother earth affectionally known as pacha mama and the spirit of the west. This is the spirit of the mother, water, flow, emotion and the divine feminine. Pacha mama and the spirit of water connects to swadhistana (sacral chakra) aiding the release and flow of pent-up emotions. This also aids the flow of creativity and inspiration. This sacred plant medicine is a powerful tool for the clearing away of emotional blockages held in the heart centre.

Ceremonial cacao is a true supernatural food; rich in magnesium, chromium, copper, calcium, manganese, zinc, sulfur, iron, and phosphorous, abundant in antioxidants. It boosts the immune system and lowers cholesterol and blood pressure. It increases blood flow to the brain and encourages the release of endorphins like Dopamine, and two neurotransmitters PEA (phenylethylamine) nicknamed the love molecule and Anandamide, the bliss chemical named after the Sanskrit word Ananda which means bliss and joy. All this leads to euphoria and a deeper spiritual connection. As a result, we feel happier, and our creativity is boosted.

What to expect:

We will combine this sacred heart medicine with journaling and powerful guided meditations designed to heal, hear what is in your heart and find your true path.

Reconnect with your inner child.

Identify what needs to be healed at this time to then begin to heal.

Receive a cord cutting with a guided meditation and Reiki Healing to release negative energetic cords and attachments that are holding you back, freeing you to move forward toward your goals.

Connect with the beat of the Shamanic drum combined with movement to release the stagnant energies from the physical body and get back into flow.

The afternoon will conclude with a one-hour immersion in the sacred healing sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls, Wind Gong, Ocean drum, Shamanic drum, Rain stick, Koshi chimes and tingsha bells. Simply lie down, close your eyes, relax and allow the sounds to gently lull you in their embrace as the blissful vibrations penetrate and heal your body at a cellular level. Wrap yourself in beautiful sound that brings healing, balance and restoration for mind, body and spirit.

Important Cacao contra indications:

You should not consume cacao if you are taking any MAOI based anti-depressants as cacao naturally contains tyramine which is contraindicative.

Cacao is a vasodilator and is therefore not suitable for anyone with a serious heart condition, low blood pressure or if you are taking any medication to thin blood or lower blood pressure.

If any of the above apply to you, you can still participate and consume a rose tea or other alternative instead. Please advise when booking.

It is not advisable to consume a full dose of Cacao if you may be pregnant or if you are breast feeding. You may however have a much smaller dose, so please advise when booking.

Sound Immersion contra indications: You should not participate in sound immersion if you are in the first semester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker or suffer with seizures.

My credentials:

I am a Reiki Master Healer and Teacher and have been in practice for 16 years. I am fully trained and certified to facilitate the preparation and consumption of Cacao, including the required Food Safety certification. I am also trained and certified in Sound Healing, Relaxation Therapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling and Life Coaching. As a Reiki Master I have 15 years’ experience in energetic cord cutting and safe removal of negative energies. I also have over 30 years’ experience in facilitating group work. I am currently studying Shamanism.
