Enter into the calm where energy flows and harmonic sounds awaken the spirit. The resonant frequencies of sound enable the release of tensions and blockages. The powerful energy of Reiki will then clear what has been released, healing and nurturing the natural rhythm of life force on all levels of your being. This powerful combination of Sound and Reiki brings a deep relaxation and inner peace, realigns energies, releases tension, and restores balance to the body, mind and soul.

Individual sound healing is very different to the group sessions. You will have your 7 main chakras tuned with 9 tuning forks; each fork has a different frequency to align with each chakra. Any blockages and aches and pains can then be relieved and released with the use of weighted tuning forks. Himalayan signing bowls are also tuned to different frequencies, with one for each chakra and are placed directly on the body. When struck the vibration then resonates through you. This is a powerful healing and clearing. These vibrations aid the release of blockages and promote healing on all levels of being.


Here’s how you can experience this journey of balance and renewal:


25 mins of Sound Healing followed by 20 minutes of Reiki  – Session 60mins in total to include consultation and downtime. Usually £45 – down to just £35 throughout November.


45 mins of Sound Healing followed by 30 mins of Reiki – session totalling 90 mins. Usually £65 – £55 throughout November

Sacred Sound Immersion /Sound bath  Fisherrow Centre,  Musselburgh. Join me for a fully immersive sound journey an bathe in the waves of sounds as they surround you and vibrate throughout your body bringing healing, balance and deep relaxation, restoring mind body and spirit. Immersive  Reiki Healing:   Simply lie down in a calm and peaceful space, relax and bathe in the tranquillity of colour, light and harmonic frequencies while receiving Reiki healing energy.

Immersive Sound Healing:  Have your chakras tuned and balanced with the healing resonance and vibrations of the Tuning Forks. Experience the deep healing vibration of the Tibetan bowls as they vibrate upon your body and clear away negative energies and blocks. Indian Head Massage:   Indian Head Massage works on both a physical and psychological level, the techniques used bring relaxation and healing to mind and body. Session - 45 mins in total including consultation and aftertime. Exchange £35. Full information here.


Shamanic Healing and Blessing:  This Shamanic practise will cleanse your auric field and infuse you with Divine energy to raise your vibration and enable deep healing to take place on all levels of being. Session 1 hour including consultation and aftertime. Exchange £45 Full information here

A bit about me
I am a fully qualified and certified Reiki Master Healer and Teacher with a strong lineage only 5 steps away from the man who developed Reiki, Makao Usui. My teacher is Lorraine Murray who was taught and attuned by William Lee Rand, who was taught by the person taught by Usui himself. My qualifications include Colour Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Body Mirror Healing, Chakra technician, crystal healing, life coaching, psychotherapy and counselling. I had the great privilege of learning the Body Mirror System of Healing with the man who developed it Martin Brofman, who is sadly no longer with us. I am currently studying Shamanic Practice with Shamanic teacher Chris Luttichau. I have had a lifelong interest in the Tarot and in all things spiritual and metaphysical. I am an early Indigo with a strong awareness of the energy that people transmit and the information contained within this energy in relation to the true path for that individual. I use the Tarot as a visual aid, I am clairvoyant, and clairsentient and also channel. I may also use pendulum, crystal ball, runes, and other oracle cards to aid readings or to aid answers to specific question. As well as receiving regular messages from my guides I also channel for answers to questions when I feel guided to do so.  
In addition to the above I also muse, write poetry, blog, ramble and debate on life’s wisdom and lessons well learned!  My first book, Indigo Moods, a compilation of my musings and poetry documenting my own healing journey, has been published and is available worldwide on Amazon.
