Full Moon Gong Bath, Sunday 1st February 2026 at Cockenzie House and Gardens: Enjoy a peaceful and deeply relaxing Sunday afternoon and join me in the beautiful setting of the Willow Room at Cockenzie House and Gardens for a special full moon Gong Bath. Relax and immerse yourself in the deep and powerful resonance of the Gongs. Settle into the soothing percussion sounds of wind, whale song and water amid the gentle pattering of rain, the flow of waterfalls and the lapping of ocean waves. Reconnect and restore your body, mind and soul, as these gentle vibrations resonate through you, bringing healing on all levels of being.

The deep and sustained resonance of the gongs create a soundscape that will lead you into a relaxing and meditative journey. The deep vibrations of the gongs stimulate the vagus nerve reducing stress. Gong resonance is particularly beneficial in the release of trapped emotions thus promoting a deep inner healing experience.

Sound Healing and Reiki Healing Combined!

Enter into the calm where energy flows and harmonic sounds awaken the spirit. The resonant frequencies of sound enable the release of tensions and blockages. The powerful energy of Reiki will then clear what has been released, healing and nurturing the natural rhythm of life force on all levels of your being. This powerful combination of Sound and Reiki brings a deep relaxation and inner peace, realigns energies, releases tension, and restores balance to the body, mind and soul.

Individual sound healing is very different to the group sessions. You will have your 7 main chakras tuned with 9 tuning forks; each fork has a different frequency to align with each chakra. Any blockages and aches and pains can then be relieved and released with the use of weighted tuning forks. Himalayan signing bowls are also tuned to different frequencies, with one for each chakra and are placed directly on the body. When struck the vibration then resonates through you. This is a powerful healing and clearing. These vibrations aid the release of blockages and promote healing on all levels of being.
